						<p>Hiya I have just downloaded the software and installed it on my Windows 8.1 laptop (i3).  When I run the software it loads up and goes to the opening screen then just hangs and I get the two options of closing the software down or waiting for it to respond (which it doesn&#8217;t do).  The software works fine on my Windows 7 desktop.  Unfortunately I need to use it on the laptop for my daughter.</p>
<p>Hoping you can help.</p>

						<p>Dear Andrew, could you please send us the log file (it is in the Documents/Gazespeaker/Logs directory, and the log file is log.txt (you can send it at <a href="mailto:postmaster@gazespeaker.org" rel="nofollow">postmaster@gazespeaker.org</a>)<br />
The error should be reported in the log file (at the end of the file)<br />
It should work on windows 8.1 (that&#8217;s our main development and testing platform), so I suspect there must be some installation or driver error</p>
