One line of Speech Platform Runtime (x86), 7 lines of Recognition Language (DE,GB,ES,FR,JP,PT,RU) and 7 lines of Text to Speech Voice (DE,GB,ES,FR,JP,PT,RU). It all looks good, but no languages.  I installed on my work computer (Windows 7) and the voices show up properly. I uninstalled all the components of the program, including the MS speech components and languages. I then reinstalled 1.5.1 but the voices box is still empty, no matter what language I select.  Is there a chance it could be connected to the version of Windows I am running? I have reinstalled, after a complete uninstall.  Same result.  Any ideas on what the issue might be.  The system is running windows 8.1 with Bing.  </p>
